Steaks are flash-frozen at peak freshness to lock in quality, then packed in insulated, eco-friendly packaging with dry ice and shipped directly to your door.

We ship premium steak boxes nationwide across the continental United States. Boxes are prepared at our Chicago facility and ship Monday through Friday.

Keep steaks frozen until you're ready to enjoy them. For best results, thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then bring to room temperature before cooking.
