Ceres is a cult Little Italy pizzeria on Mott Street from Eleven Madison Park alumni Julian and Jacob, turning out naturally leavened sourdough pies with Michelin-level precision. The tiny oven fits only six at a time, so they bake roughly 165 whole pies a day using San Marzano tomatoes, imported flours and premium purveyors. Arrive early.
