El Charro Café, founded in 1922 at 311 N. Court Ave in downtown Tucson, is the nation's oldest Mexican restaurant run continuously by the same family. It's famous for sun-dried carne seca, Sonoran-style enchiladas, and Carlotta's classic recipes, all served in a historic stone house in the El Presidio district.
